Day 1 Week 2

     Just got some awful news this morning, my grandfather has passed so I'm going to keep this short and to the point, I have a lot to deal with currently...

How About Food?

  • Apple, Grape, and Cheese Pack (180 cals)
  • Godiva Chocolate Santa Hat
  • Pad See Ewe w/ Beef and Fish Cakes
How Does Rachel Feel?

  • Skin is smooth and shaven and lovely.
  • Energy is ridiculous, went to sleep at 5 AM cause when bad news comes, it comes at awful times. Now I have to get to sleep early cause my first day of class is conveniently at 8 AM tomorrow. Sobfest.
  • Weight has maintained at 122.4, I think the scale is broken, cause that's just stupid.
  • This whole day has been insane and I've been thrown out of whack, rather upset over the situation at hand. Might take awhile for me to get in any normal sleep and eating schedule.
  • Pee has been grand. 
     Gonna try to get through tonight, night night guys.

  • Skin is ok.
  • Energy is fine.
  • Weight was at 122.4 lbs.
  • Nothing weird happened.
  • Pee was clear and often. Nearly exploded in Marajean's vehicle though.

Day 6

     So guys, Rachel has friend time with people she won't see for awhile when school session starts sooo... I've been eating like a cow, often and on a mass scale. I think differences will be made when I have designated times and breaks in classes that will allow for exercise! Yes, I am justifying why I am currently a fat ass.

  • 3 Breakfast Sausage Links
  • Chinese Buffet (to sickening levels of food)
  • 4 Handfuls of Goldfish
  • Gumbo w/ Potato Salad
How Does Rachel Feel?

  • Skin is currently pretty decent. Eye purpleness is lessened.
  • Energy levels were really low today from only getting 6 hours of sleep, it killed me. Staying awake in church was embarrassingly difficult, I just kept flopping against my boyfriend, and after Chinese buffet I died on the couch for 3 hours. So yeah, msg attack slayed the Rachel beast.
  • I did not weigh myself today as my parents sometimes like to feed me when I'm half asleep, like this morning, so when I got up an hour later, I knew I wouldn't be my real weight. So tomorrow will be a "big" surprise I'm sure.
  • No crazy weird side effects that I didn't already cover.
  • My pee has been a fabulous shade of sunshine, and I peed probably 4 times today. I have a feeling after the first day of me peeing over 15 times, my bladder has stretched a little. So any increased drinking is less noticeable on the pee charts. (Will include actual pee charts soon w/ pics.)

Day 5

     Guh, I'm pretty super upset so I know this would be a horrible time for me to talk about how I'm feeling in depth, it would sound way worse if I wrote it out now than sleeping on it. So I will spare your precious time, here's the shit...

How Much Water Did Rachel Drink Today?

  • 4 Glasses
How About Food?

  • Bowl of Cheerios w/ Light Silk
  • Blueberry Bagel w/ Spray Butter
  • Some Red Beans and Rice
  • Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Sandwich from Whataburger w/ Hashbrowns and Chocolate Milk
How Does Rachel Feel?

  • Skin is pretty decent, I've noticed the white of my eyes are unusually whiter so that's cool. Lips also are fuller, so yay.
  • Energy has been pretty good, I slept for like 10 hours so that helped. 
  • Weight stayed at 122.4 lbs so I'm quite happy about that, with how little I drank and how much I ate yesterday that is a miracle.
  • Tonight has been such a guilt trip, I literally feel puking sick guilt for going to Whataburger for food I didn't need with my friends. I feel like I've let my family down, saying for the past month, no fast food, no fast food, and then I'm the weak asshole that eats unnecessary processed fatty crap. I don't want to ever be a hypocrite, so tonight really sucks for me internally. I'll probably stay awake an extra hour hating myself, maybe I should just throw up and not worry about it.
  • Pee is awesome, it's a nice shade of spray butter within a glass of water. Appreciate.
     When I get back to school that gym better watch out cause it is going to get some abuse.

  • Skin is like yesterday, so a little better than usual. 
  • Decent, didn't get a lot of sleep so by the time 3 AM rolled around I was a zombie. Buh.
  • Weight magically stayed at 122.4 lbs. Crazy shit.
  • Feel bad about how little of water I had. Pretty sad.
  • Pee was back to yellow, only peed 2 times. Today wasn't good, gotta be better tomorrow.

Day 3

     So it has been decided, apparently this blog needs some pictures. Which I am willing to provide by request, so! Get ready for some shit guys. Now, on to the questions.

  • Jimmy Dean Delight Bagel Thing
  • Mushroom and Swiss Burger w/ a few Seasoned Fries
How Does Rachel Feel?

  • An awesome little bird told me my skin was glowing today! Also that the texture was nice, so that's badass. Bags under eyes are slightly less noticeable. Had lip gloss on like all day so I'm not sure about their texture but they feel slightly fuller with less indentions. 
  • Energy was pretty decent, now that I'm writing this at almost 4 AM of course I'm sleepy. But yeah!
  • Weight moved in the right direction this morning, it came to 122.4 lbs. After eating a burger dinner I'm damn sure tomorrow won't be as nice. Buh.
  • Nothing too out of the ordinary today with my body.
  • Pee in the morning was back to neon, after like the 3rd time though it was a beautiful crystal clear stream.

Day 2

  • Package w/ Apple Slices, Pretzels, and Cheese Cubes (240 cals.)
  • Shrimp Scampi over Rice
How Do I Feel?

  • Skin is still tired, same as yesterday, dry dry lips, purple eye circles, still poor.
  • Energy is moderate, didn't need a nap today! Got out of the house and did a bit of walking, might go to bed early though.
  • Weight this morning was still 123. Hope to make some movement soon!
  • No headache, so that's sweet.
  • Pee is tinted, and I probably went about 6 times today. Yay.
