Day 4

     Sorry guys, as soon as I got home I died yesterday so here are my results.

How Much Water Did Rachel Drink?

  • 1 Glass
How About Food?

  • Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios w/ Light Silk
  • NutriGrain Bar
  • Mushroom Quesadilla 
  • Little Bit of Chicken
  • Little Bit of Tilapia
  • Bite of Jambalaya Rice
How Does Rachel Feel?

  • Skin is like yesterday, so a little better than usual. 
  • Decent, didn't get a lot of sleep so by the time 3 AM rolled around I was a zombie. Buh.
  • Weight magically stayed at 122.4 lbs. Crazy shit.
  • Feel bad about how little of water I had. Pretty sad.
  • Pee was back to yellow, only peed 2 times. Today wasn't good, gotta be better tomorrow.
